Discussion On Tax Services From The Perspective Of Informatization

From the perspective of informatization, this paper utilizes a series of theories about public administration, such as public finance and taxpaying compliance theory and new public service theory in respect of Tax services etc., six-element model theory and dynamic model theory of national informatization in respect of informatization; Besides, in close connection with China's national conditions, it draws on some existing international theoretical results and successful experience. Taking Nanjing Municipal Office, SAT. Tax services from the perspective of informatization as a typical case, it applies case analysis method, hierarchical analysis method and experimental example method to analyze the existing problems and causes in Tax services. In addition, following the guidance of the report "vigorously promote the integration of informatization and industrialization" on the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, it proposed that more effective ways and means should be find to promote Tax service under the strategy of the integration of informatization and Tax service, to building modern tax service platform and achieve Tax serve modernization.This paper expects to provide some ideas for Tax officials to improve the quality and efficiency of Tax collection, to reduce Tax compliance costs, protect the legitimate rights and interests of taxpayers, guide Tax compliance, and to build a harmonious relationship between tax collectors and taxpayers, and thus further promote its scientific and sustainable development to make positive contributions to the development of economy and society in China.
