Therefore the author think for peace life training system research for domestic practice "healthy crowd tactics" insurance companies are representative and reference.This paper first introduces its research background, related literature review and research significance, then illustrates the life insurance enterprise employee training related theory, then it introduces China ping an life insurance company and its training system present situation, then the training in China ping an life insurance current problems and causes for training system analysis, finally issue of the corresponding improvement proposals and measures.In this paper the company training system research mainly contain five aspects:the training organization system, training course system, training instructors system, training support system, training operation system. Through the research conclusion:must speaking company's training cannot keep pace with the rapid development of the pace, causes include two aspects:one is the company's rapid development speed and implementation of the crowd, another is tactical training system itself is not perfect and implement system of improper. Author tries to solve problems were introduled.some one organization structure, introducing consultant marketing training, to lecture to adopt a "faithfulness expressiveness and elegance" established standards, strengthen the training budget, standardized training evaluation table etc improvement measures.
