Since the formation of human society,organizations exist in various forms in our life.the essential attribute of the human also determines that it is only a certain form of social relations,that is organization,in order to constitute the forces of nature to contend with social forces,in order to better realize the value of one' s own.So we are always dealing with all wide range of organizations.However,with this accompanying conflicts of various organizations have become increasingly prominent,and constantly hindered organizational function.Therefore,how to properly solve organizational conflict problem will become common attention at home and abroad that all disciplines of mainstream topic.Compared with the previous subject only focus on the strategy of organization conflict management research and ignore its the root causes,the paper is mainly based on Marxist class theory,from the Angle of philosophy to re-examine organization conflict exists intrinsic mechanism,so as to explore a new way to the harmonious management new ideas.From the Angle of philosophy,conflict is the inevitable phenomenon,the organizational development is the constant conflict resolution process.To solve the organization' s conflict,on the one hand,it means to admit the inevitability and rationality of organizational conflict;On the other hand,also means to realize that the organizational conflict is specific,each specific conflict that the organizational operation has encountered problems which needs to be solved.Therefore,this paper respectively from the following four aspects to its discussed.First,by marxism theory of labor division as the basis to interpret an internal conflicts within the organization,division of labor come to the formation of different work groups and then as a result of different groups within the organization caused by the conflict;Secondly,from the distribution and the ownership of Marxist theories to further analysis organization conflict mechanism,Secondly,from marxism distribution theory and ownership theory to further analysis organization conflict mechanism,thus draws the unreasonable distribution system is the direct cause triggered organization conflict,and private ownership of production is the real source of conflict led to the organization;Again,from Marx's theory of collaboration,argues that collaboration is the basis of organization exists,and then come to realize the resolution of organizational conflict can not be separated;Finally,by Marxist class theory to analyze the contemporary social relations of two big class occurred the transformation,thus further explore how to achieve organizational harmony management,and puts forward a new way to resolve organizational conflict.
