Marx's Thought Of Industrial Organization Study

Since the reform and opening up,the concept of industrial organization has been gradually introduced into China's economic circles.Because the concept of industrial organization is made by Western scholars,so our scholars in the study of industrial organization issues,mostly on the Western economic theory without discrimination directly applied to the analysis of China's industrial organization issues.This type of literature is so numerous that this form is very harmful.So it is particularly important to correct this Westernized industrial organization.Therefore,the study of Marx's industrial organization thought is conducive to change the existing state.This paper argues that although Marx did not directly put forward the concept of industrial organization,but in Marx's description of capitalist social production changes implied the idea of industrial organization.This paper argues that the division of labor is an important part of the evolution of industrial organization,the division of labor is the reason for the existence of the organization,but also the basis of the existence of the organization.The development of the division of labor represents the development of industrial organizations,internal division of labor within the enterprise to determine the form of organization,social division of labor within the organization to determine the form.The paper analyzes the driving force of the continuous evolution of industrial organization.This paper argues that technological innovation is the driving force for the continuous evolution of industrial organizations,because if there is no technological innovation,the development of industrial organizations will always reach a critical value under the existing conditions,which makes the organization industry cease to evolve.However,the real world industrial organization is always in the process of change,this is because of the continuous development of technological progress.This paper makes a distinction between technological innovation and technological innovation that technological innovation encompasses technological innovation,as well as innovations that are not designed to maximize the value of surplus,while technological innovation serves the innovation of capital.Therefore,technological innovation is an important force to promote the continuous evolution of industrial organizations,and introduces the monopoly and competition theory of Marx,the promotion of enterprise scale theory to industrial organization.Therefore,this paper first combs the emergence and development of the division of labor theory,and evaluates the division of labor theory of scholars of different periods(Adam Smith,Allen Young,Stigler and Xiaokai Yang).Finally,Inheritance and Development of Marx's Theory of Division of Labor.Subsequently,this paper analyzes the internal motivation of industrial organization evolution,that is,capital in order to obtain more surplus value.After the big industry of the machine,capitalism formed the Ford system,and then formed the lean mode as the main body of the enterprise network organization form,then formed the form of flexible employment organization.Changes in organizational form make the method of capital exploitation of the surplus value has been changed,but did not change the nature of capital.This article comprehensively and systematically expounds Marx's thought of industrial organization,and analyzes the form,motive and driving force of industrial organization evolution.And analyzes the status quo of China's industrial organization,put forward the proposal of industrial organization improvement.
