In the traditional logistics management, logistics mode and facilitylocation planning of logistics network are two important research object.Similarly, the reverse logistics management is also studying in these twoaspects. Reverse logistics model including proprietary model, jointventure model and outsourcing mode, enterprises need to make a choicebased on their own strength、development strategy、maximizing profitsand other factors. Enterprises need to determine the number of facilities,location, reverse logistics flow, so as to establish a reasonable and orderlystructure of the whole circulation channel of waste products from thepoint of consumption to the production site. Determining the model ofreverse logistics is on macro issues of enterprise management, andnetwork construction of enterprise reverse logistics is going to solve theproblem of micro business. I hope that this research can provide certainreference value to the enterprise.First of all, the paper constructs evaluation index system of thereverse logistics mode based on domestic environmental policy、consumer ideas and the actual situation of enterprises,. Because theestablished index system contains both qualitative indicators andquantitative indicators, so we will use AHP and fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method t. Secondly, taking reverse logistics of re-usedpackaging as the research object, the paper establishes mixed integerprogramming consisting decision variables、objective function、relatedparameters. At last, this paper is aiming at establishing the technical basisfor the construction of reverse logistics network.Finally,Method of modechoice of reverse logistics and model of reverse logistics networkconstruction will be used to S company. And the paper will test theeffectiveness and rationality of the model of network constructionproviding the way for improvement of the method and the reference forthe enterprise management of reverse logistics.
