Manufacturing takes an important position in national product, it is not only the main consumer of energy and raw materials but also the mostly headstream of the environment pollution. At the same time, the quantity of products scrapped related to manufacturing brings a series of problems. With the rapid development of global economy, the shortage of resources and the lack of energy have became an important factor that restricts the social development. As a new manufacturing mode, remanufacturing could solve above questions, therefore remanufacturing attracts the support and attention from the entire world.Whether a product has remanufacturability is the premise of remanufacturing, there are various factors that influence product’s remanufacturability. Firstly a hierarchical model based on the evaluation guidelines of remanufacturing is built, then each index weight in hierarchy model under the method called complementary pair wise comparison weighting based on fuzzy number is calculated, in the third step the expert evaluation method is used to get the membership degree of each index, finally, the evaluation index system is given. The characteristics and the basic concept of remanufacturing logistics are summarized, two logistics system modes MRP and JIT are compared, MRP push logistics system mode is selected, the principles of main production schedule are generalized, a calculation method based on disassemble bill of material is proposed.The engine is the main object of remanufacturing in our country. This paper builds a theoretical model, verifies the feasibility of remanufacturing in technical, economic and environment. It also shows that the evaluation method proposed has certain practicality. According to the disassemble bill of material of crank-link mechanism, parts outsourcing plan and waste engine recycling plan in a certain period with the combination of MRP and reverse MRP are calculated. This method has a distinct advantage in solving complex product.
