E-commerce business of online retail has gradually worked out a mode of self- build a logistics center + outsourcing transportation and distribution to solve logistics problem with the development of e-commerce. But this mode remains many problems. Faced to the complicated logistics problems, e-commerce companies need to make the logistics decision for the long-term development according to their own situation. And the choice of logistics mode decision is the first problem that e-commerce companies need to deal with.This paper focuses on the following aspects with the current development environment of Chinese B2C e-commence logistics:(1)This paper analyzed the three logistics modes——self-built logistics mode, third-party logistics mode and logistics alliance mode comprehensively from ten areas of control ability, logistics costs, service level, response speed, informational level, service object, covered areas, professional level, selection risk, cash flow level of sales.(2)This paper analyzed and summarized the macro and micro impact factors on the option of B2C e-commerce logistics mode according to B2C e-commerce environment.Among them, there are selection subjects, the status of logistics in the enterprise, the total cost of logistics system, logistics service capabilities, and cooperation risk which are contained in micro impact factors on the option of B2C e-commerce logistics mode.(3)This paper established the main contents about selection subjects, the total logistics cost and logistics service capability based on existing research, and established the option evaluation system on e-commerce logistics mode. This paper filters the indicators by causality diagram and analysises the indicators in detail.(4)This paper chosed the fuzzy AHP model to evaluate the option of B2C e-commerce logistics mode, and details the established evaluation procedures on the option of B2C e-commerce logistics mode. This paper provides a case to evaluate the option evaluation system on B2C e-commerce logistics mode.
