Jiangsu Province-based Data Analysis Developed Areas Of Rural Endowment Insurance Mode To Explore

The building and perfecting of social security system are an important problem which is always paid attention. It is said to be the "stabilizer" of society, the "shock absorber" of economics and the "regulator" of social justice. In new century, especially the economic development of china has entered a new strategic developing time, the building and perfecting of social security system has more important sense to the harmonious development of the economic and society in China. After the national family planning system beginning, the pressure of rural aging population is becoming more serious. Caring for the aged becomes the urgent problem to deal with. The result of dealing with the caring of the aged is a very important factor to keep the economics and society's development.Because of the reasons of the history, the dual-economy had caused the delay of Chinese social security system in countryside and leading to rural social endowment insurance seriously lags behind, unable to protect the rural elderly livelihood. Peasants are always the vulnerable group. As the percent of peasants is large in China, the building of the social security system in countryside especially caring of the aged are more important. Jiangsu is a developed province in China. The Basic old-age pension in rural areas is tried in several towns. can we find a suitable mode for the rest areas in Jiangsu.The thesis gives a brief introduction about the background, the significance and the possible innovation of this article at first. Then I analyze several typical international pension insurance modes and compared their situation with China. After that I analyze the problems of Chinese rural social endowment insurance. And then Jiangsu's experience and problems is considered and several supporting measures is provided.
