| Project management is developed as a method of plan and management in latter times. It has become an unattached subject system and is used in the field of architecture and project etc in developed-countries. With the pace of economic globalization being quickened, the importance of project management is recognized by Chinese enterprises and other organizations. The decision-makers of enterprises begin to realize that the usage of knowledge, tools and technology of project management in conducting project could avoid blindness and randomness and decrease the loss of project in fault. The main target of project management is comprised of project quality, project time and project expenses. So project quality certainly becomes one of the key factors to judge the project, and project quality management becomes an important portion of the project management.In this dissertation, on the base of the theory of project quality management, the perfect and suitable procedure of project quality management is designed to guide the technological innovation in pesticide and chemical industry. The level of project management is improved and the expected results are gained:Firstly, the development and application of project quality management and its importance in technological innovation are discussed. The quality problems in the process of technological innovation are analyzed. Secondly, according to above problem, the quality control measurement is made in each stage of technological innovation of Omethoate in the sequence of project developing. The expected results are gained. Finally, the evaluation procedure of the plan of Omethoate technological innovation and management mechanism of after-project evaluation are built. They could be used to examine the scientificity and validity of the plan objectively. The valuable experience of project management is collected and could be used in following relocation of the factory. |
