Research On Zn Company Of Omethoate Technological Transformation Project Quality Management

Project management is developed as a method of plan and management in latter times. It has become an unattached subject system and is used in the field of architecture and project etc in developed-countries. With the pace of economic globalization being quickened, the importance of project management is recognized by Chinese enterprises and other organizations. Secondly, according to above problem, the quality control measurement is made in each stage of technological innovation of Omethoate in the sequence of project developing. The expected results are gained. Finally, the evaluation procedure of the plan of Omethoate technological innovation and management mechanism of after-project evaluation are built. They could be used to examine the scientificity and validity of the plan objectively.
