| In recent years,China’s high-speed railway industry has developed rapidly and played an extremely important role in social life and economic construction.CT company,as a key member,has always pursued higher quality goals as responsibility to support the development of the industry.The paper takes the elastic plate technology transfer project of CT company as the research object,bases on total quality management theory,combines the quality management practices,uses advanced quality management methods and tools to analyze the technology transfer process,find out problems and explore improvement.Firstly,the paper summarizes the global researches on quality management,describes the related concepts,core content,basic elements,application modes,methods and tools of quality management,which provides theoretical support for the paper.Secondly,the paper studies the current status of quality management of CT company technology transfer projects.During the research,the methods of field investigation,group interview,qualitative and quantitative analysis,as well as various quality management tools such as Check Sheet,Pareto Diagram,Cause and Effect Diagram,etc.are used.Four aspects including quality management system,design,procurement and manufacturing are studied.FMEA method is used to analyze the production process.Thirdly,bases on the basic principles of total quality management and current situation,the paper puts forward the improvements for the problems found in the project.The quality management system are updated,and various processes including design and development,time-sensitive material controlling and manufacturing processes are established.The PDCA cycle are used to solve the practical problems.Finally,the paper puts forward five guarantee measures,which are excellent leadership,staff training,quality cultural,information platform and reward and punishment system,to support the quality management of CT company technology transfer projects. |
