Under the premise of fully discussing the current economic situation and the real estate market in Binzhou City, combined with relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper uses theoretical research and empirical research methods, qualitative research and quantitative research methods, static research and dynamic research methods , and uses modern feasibility study theory to study and evaluate the economic feasibility of Fairview Hwaseong real estate investment projects in Binzhou, the analysis is as follows:The first part is the introduction. On the basis of the investigation in Binzhou City, in this part, market demand and project positioning of the project is discussed, and put forward the project plan and the project development plan.The third part shows the financial analysis and evaluation of the real estate development project.
