Production and management of military enterprise has huge transformation in 21st century. It has the following new features, such as production period of military product is shortened; production upgrade quickens up, production transits from large batch and few types to a few types and small batch even the single set; delivery period is shortened; production quality is improved but cost is reduced increasingly and after sale service turns better. All the above-mentioned features put forward new requirements for the modern production management of the military enterprise. Since the new technological production and new technology in the field of operational research, system engineering and micro-electronics appear and grow up simultaneously, which promotes the development of production management theory and method, many new thinking and trend appear, are spread and used in practice gradually in recent few years.Firstly, this paper introduces the background of choice item and meaning, and discusses the correlated theories in production management.
