A Medical instruments Co.Ltd is a specialized medical instruments international corporation which patient monitor holds one of its mainstay businesses. The patient monitor is the first product of this company, so far about 40 percents of profit of whole company was come from the business of patient monitor. The business of patient monitor services developed countries in high market and also the developing countries in more capacity Medium&low end market,as the result, the corporation need make the competition with both the international famous company and also some outstanding domestic corporation. So to speak without overestimate, the business of patient monitor makes the crucial effect to the whole corporation. Patient monitor belongs to a high competition product in medical instruments. So it is very significant to make the good strategic management in taking the advantage in the competition with the competitors in the high and Medium&low end market to enlarge the partition in whole market. Based on above analysis with present condition, making the appropriate development strategy is the most important for the corporation.Firstly,the author analyze the exterior environment based on the theoretic of enterprise strategy, getting the confirmation that market request are increasing in stable with the high competition in whole patient monitor business. The challenge and opportunity for the corporation need confront with. And get the information of the various capability and resources was hold by the corporation after interior environment analysis. After comparison of different strategy, get the conclusion, in high end market adopt the differentiation strategy and in Medium&low end market adopt the cost leading strategy. And also in how to implementing the selected development strategy there are some discussions and suggestion in improving organization structure, optimizing the resource and dynamic strategy controlling system.
