The Assessment Study Of Enterprise Strategic Merger Value Based On Business Model Evolution

In recent years,business model has became into the public interest among scholars and entrepreneurs, survival of the fittest competition mechanism accelerated the pace of business development. The number of strategic merger transactions in the M & A market is gradually rising, become an important measure of business model evolution.This paper writes from the perspective of ecosystem, analysis the evolution of the business model,evaluates the value of strategic merger in the enterprise business model evolution.With Wanda mergering AMC theaters in the United State, evaluate the strategic merger value assessment of the industry leader in ecological systems. Part of the merger case shows, traditional assessment of mergers and acquisitions prefer to the present value, ignoring the analysis of growth of target company.In fact,some loss company has high investment value.In this competitive market, the competition among enterprise is no longer the competition of product,but the competition of core competence and business model.This paper shows that good business model can creat superior enterprise.This paper adopts the measure of normative analysis and empirical analysis,analysis the ecological niche of enterprise in the business model evolution, elaborates the business model evolution is the power of the seeking higher ecological niche.In addition,this paper also adopts qualitative and quantitative analysis measure, evaluates the value of Wanda and AMC,the result of demonstration shows that Wanda mergers AMC will bring new improvement and development and opportunity for Wanda. Finally, based on the above analysis and empirical research,this paper presents recommendations for the strategic acquisition decisions,based on evolution of the business model perspective.
