With the reassembling in Telecommunication market, the start of full-scale operation and launch of 3G license plates, the corresponding operating market has got a recombination. Every telecommunication agent is facing great opportunities as well as challenges, so is the traditional marketing channel in an era of 3G. The difficulties include how new marketing channels are classified, how self-owned and social sales channels are balanced, what marketing channels should attach importance to among varied development levels in different regions. Therefore dealers will have to re-plan the ways of distributing. With increasing competition of the market, more varied types of tasks, there is a higher requirement on the construction dealers'selling channels.As to the marketing channels, China Telecommunication lacks experiences on constructing and developing the marketing channels involved in digital, mobile voice service and 3G tasks. Here, I put forward several suggestions on how to make Jiangsu Telecommunication build up market-oriented marketing channels.This essay summarizes the present situation and challenges faced by China telecommunication market in the age of 3G Internet. It analyzes the domestic and overseas surroundings of Jiangsu Telecommunication as well as the strengths and downsides of its marketing channels. On the basis of distinguished customer market, the essay brings forward the target and the principles and sets up the structure and strategies of 3G marketing channel design. A combined system of marketing channels owned by Telecommunication and its collaborated social sector is expected to establish and contain of direct distributors, entities and electronic marketing channels. Thus, the definition of various marketing channels is identified and members of marketing channels are aware of their choices, so potential functions are to be realized and the goals of the organizations are to be achieved. It also helps specify the co-relation of different marketing channels, analyze the appropriate management, cooperation as well as communication and settlement of conflicts among them. Additionally, the essay provides relevant measures on improving salesperson's working abilities and skills and points out the direction of optimizing Jiangsu 3G marketing channels. In other words, through the renovation of regional system of marketing channels, the core competitiveness in campus market is expected to be built up gradually, so enterprise value is to be escalated.
