Czt City Cluster Comprehensive Reform Experimental Zone Of Regional Logistics Center Study

There has much correlation between regional economic development and regional logistical demand.Regional logistical center is very important to increase the development of regional economy.Under the background of economic integration of chang-zhu-tan district,and of insruction of reform testing areas with synthesis and whole set of chang-zhu-tan city groups,the construction of regional logistical center is significant to accelerate the two-oriented society and realize the regional sustained development.According to the status of logistical industry of chang-zhu-tan district,usinging the theory of logistics and regional economy,referencing the experiences of developed districts (nations),combining the requirement of two-oriented society,this article makes a initial research to the construction of logistical center of reform testing areas with synthesis and whole set: (1)We analyze the present situation of logistical industry in reform testing areas, and predict the market requirement of the next 10 years, then give some assumptions of constructing regional logistical center;(2)We evaluate the factors which affect layout of logistical industry in reform testing areas, and give some advices of layout of logistical industry in reform testing areas in the future;(3)Taking the North District of Changsha as the example, we give a research to constructing regional logistical center of reform testing areas.
