The theory of learning organization subverts the traditional and instrumental management theory,excavates,releases,and integrates the experience accumulation of individuals in the organization,organically integrates the explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge of the members of the organization,and quenches the sum of any individual wisdom.The collective wisdom enhances the organization's adaptability and creativity.This pair of A testing centers face fierce market competition after the transformation and transformation of enterprises,quickly adapt to market requirements,and meet the needs of users to play a positive role.Moreover,the learning organization function is more conducive to the endogenous growth of the A testing organization,promoting the technological innovation and method innovation of the A testing center,and thus helping the A testing center to form a characteristic and core competitive advantage within the province or even the whole country.Testing the certification body.In the process of transformation and transformation of the A-testing center,it is bound to face the rapid development of the industry and the drastic changes in the market environment.The demand of customers is increasingly diversified.Correspondingly,the innovation vitality of the testing center is insufficient,the core competence is not prominent,and the initiative is lacking.Seeking change consciousness and self-renewal ability.Due to the influence of the deep receptor system,the A test center lacks institutional arrangements for effective incentives,and the management concept is backward.It relies entirely on uncertain factors such as individual dedication and honor to support responsibility fulfillment;each professional business unit is ineffective,business services and market demand.Disjointed,business development lacks system coordination,resource utilization efficiency is low,and customers are scattered.Therefore,under such circumstances,this study is based on the theory of learning organization,taking A test as the specific research object,and adopting the method of empirical research to solve the problems faced by A test center in the process of constructing learning organization in the process of transformation and reform.The measures taken were explored.The first is to explain the background,purpose and significance of the research,the research status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,etc.Secondly,it sorts out the support theories and research methods related to this research.The third is to combine the A testing center to change the enterprise.The environment and management situation faced analyzed the status quo of A-test center construction learning organization;Fourthly,under the guidance of relevant theories and other enterprise experience,the overall framework of A-test center learning organization was constructed;Specific implementation safeguards and a brief forecast of the effectiveness of the implementation.Finally,the summary of this study,as well as the direction of follow-up related research.The construction of learning organization is an inevitable requirement for enterprises to adapt to the development of the times.This study enriches the case study of Chinese scholars on learning organizations to a certain extent,and also provides a practical case for testing and certification enterprises to build learning organizations.
