With the fast development of global economy, the economy of our country develops faster and faster, more international corporations begin to invest in china and build their offices or companies. The majority of international corporations adopt the cross-culture team to operate and manage their corporations. The employees in the cross-culture team come from different countries and have different culture backgrounds. The success or failure of the corporation depends on the level of the cross-culture team management. So many experts and, scholars pay more attention on it.Culture conflict and culture integration are most important aspects in cross-culture team management. For readers to well understand the culture conflict in cross-culture team, the author introduces the types of cross-culture team, analyses the characters of cross-culture teams, the types of culture differences, the types of culture conflicts, the culture conflicts in different stages and the reasons for culture conflicts. Then the author puts forward the culture integration model of the cross-culture team. At last, the author specially analyses the reasons for the culture conflict and puts forward the strategies in the case. The author tries to find the right methods to solve the culture conflicts and build the analysis frame for the cross-culture team through the research in order to help the other international corporations.
