O Semiconductor Company Raw Material Inventory Control And Optimize

Use fish bone chart to analyze inventory management problems of O company and get the corresponding reasons:the weak demand management, the lack of management information system, and weak material management in shelf life. Then the thesis provides corresponding solutions to O company's inventory problems:enhancing customer demand management, phasing in supporting system for raw material demand management, streamlining the expiry date management process for chemical materials.This thesis can help O company to improve its inventory turnover rate, to reduce its material waste, operating costs, and to improve customer satisfaction. It also provides some reference suggestions for the same type semiconductor manufacturing enterprises to improve their inventory management.
