During the economic development of Japan,the World War I was an important period,which changed Japan's foreign trade.These changes included three respects:First,the scale of international trade increased,.Second,the structure of foreign trade changed.Third,Japan earned more money from the foreign trade.These changes was important issue for Japan to deal with.In 1916,a special economy investigation organization——Economy Investigation Association,was found,which collected economic information and make important resolutions. These resolutions reflected and established Japan's economic policies during to the World War I.Meanwhile,these policies meant that Japan was not enjoyed with its existing world status when when its national power became stronger and stronger, and proposed its demands about international economy order. These changes indicated that Japan would break away from international order and invade other countries in the near future.
