Trade Association Of China Under The Foreign Trade Perspective Study

Industry association is the organic component of the market economy,playing key role in development of the market economy. Since our countryjoined in WTO, the development space of industry association is expanded, thefunction in foreign trade development appears day by day. However, due tokinds of issue, our country's industry association starts relatively late. Thoughit has already played a certain role while growing up in economic construction,social development, especially enterprise, a great deal of problems anddeficiencies still exist so far, which need further deepening reform and to beimproved urgently. This paper uses the relevant theories of economy, combinepractice of our country's economic system reform nd foreign tradedevelopment closely, has carried on overall and deep discussion in developingand improving our country's industry association and giving full play to therole of its promotion effect in our foreign trade. Firstly, uses the transactioncost theory to probe into the basic function of the industry association, andinvestigates the development of the industry association in developed country.Secondly, summarizes main character and effect of our country's industryassociation at present stage, announces defect of our country's industryassociation and its function at present, further to which, it probes into industryassociation stimulative effect as well as hysteresis during developing foreigntrade. Finally, in light of existing problem of our country's industry associationand its trade promotion function, it suggests plans to building industryassociation and puts forward the main measures how to strengthen its tradepromotion function.
