Coordinated Development Of Reginal Economics In Xinjiang Which Based On Stability In Border Areas

Xinjiang is located in the western of China, Meanwhile, is an important strategic base of energy, is an important fulcrum of economic growth in the west, is an important gateway for China's west and opening up, is also China's northwest frontier of strategic barriers. In recent years, Xinjiang's stability faces more and more threat, which come from domestic and foreign hostile forces. However, the unstability of Xinjiang is not isolated, but closely linked to economic interests. Since reform and opening, Xinjiang has implemented a non-balanced development strategy, economic disparities is becoming more and more obvious,which reduced a negative impact to social stability.Therefore, we want to use coordinated development to reduce the regional difference's negative impact,and to achieve long-term social stability in Xinjiang.On research methods, we use regional economics, political economics theory as the theoretical foundation, firstly, we do a qualitative analysis the interaction between border stability and regional economic coordinated development; Secondly, on this basis, we do a empirical analysis on the factors affecting the stability of xinjiang; Thirdly, we use the Principal Components Analysis, Hierarchical Cluster Proceducers and Inequality index to do an empirical analysis on Xinjiang regional differences level,and found the influence of the change of regional economic differences;Finally,we proposed model of economic development and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Through the analysis, we can get those follows main conclusions:Firstly, regional economic disparities and stability in border areas have interactional relationship; Secondly, economic disparity is notable, which takes appearance of higher in the north and lower in the south,which also takes appearance of higher in the inland lower in the bounder land,disparity of polarization distinct; Thirdly, the main factors of influencing Xinjiang's regional economic differences are:social order factors, policy factors, institutional factors, location factors, cultural factors, the investment factor, structure factors, human capital, opening factors;Fourthly, to realize the coordinated development, Xinjiang can carry out more pole main mode of cooperation, regional economic integration model, industrial rolling development model, export-oriented development model, development axes; Fifthly, to realize regional economic coordination,Xinjiang should carry out safeguarding stability in border areas, should crack down on "three forces" build regional economic development environment, the strengthening infrastructure construction, strengthen regional economic cooperation, promote western development strategy and west opening-up strategy, develop new growth pole, increasing investment in human capital, etc..
