Cotton industry has become one of the leading industries which develop Xinjiang's economy, playing a influential role in promoting the agricultural production and mading the important contributions for protecting security of country cotton and pushing forward the development of domestic textile industry. For many years the most raw cotton have only been able to supply for the cotton enterprise in coastal provinces and cities as the material, and because of the short of cotton industry chain, cotton resources superiority has not transformated into the competitive advantage of cotton textile industry effectively,making the added value of cotton reduced greatly, and impacting the promotion of Xinjiang's cotton industry competitiveness.More and more Practices show that industrial chain management is a successful strategy that can improve the international competitiveness of agricultural products.
