Study On Strategic Allian Of A Steel Company Industry Chain Extension And Its Stability

Under fierce competition of Chinese iron and steel enterprises, the extension of industry chain has been essential.This paper, takes A steel company as an example, analysis the industrial chain inevitability and feasibility of the steel industry in the process of extending in strategic alliance, and focus on the problem of the stability of strategic alliance.Because the strategic alliance literature is insufficiency in the iron and steel industry, this paper has more practical significance.First, this paper expounds the background of the current steel industry, and reviews the literature of current development with iron and steel enterprises at home and abroad.
