This article firstly reviews the development which G professional hospital had achieved in past ten years by characteristic techniques,favorable service and the patient,s faith to G hospital in face of acute market competition. After analyzing five year`s financial data, the CEO of G hospital found that G hospital`s earning ability was deeply affected by exotic environment and was weak in resisting all kinds of risks. For making full use of well reputation accumulated in past ten years and enlarging hospital scale,enhancing resisting risk ability ,the CEO raised his idea that with employ of electronic business ,G hospital could lock in its customers,avoid customer`s flowing away and extend medical service.In implement stage,"for bone and soft issue health"and"patients with bone and soft issue disease must be healed with smallest cost",these two ideas will materialized in every patient ; thereby avoiding falseness cure and wasting. With the leadership of CEO, G hospital took full advantage of internet and electronic business,regarded its clients as centre and then ascertained its goal market on internet marketing, at last designed its internet marketing mode and bringed all these into effect. After analyzing the initial consequence, the CEO forecasted the effects according to full implement of the above plans and then raised, in internet times, hospital internet marketing was actual and necessary choice for hospital transformating from anti scale economy into scale economy without more human and material force devotions.
