After china’s entry into WTO,our domestic enterpriser are facing more chancesfor development and challenges than ever before. While the competitions on domesticmarket are fierce enough,they have to fight against the pressure of competitions frommore powerful foreign enterprises. Such competitions are not only competitions inproduct,but also in technology,in the law of value,in service and time. Under thiscircumstance,the choice of enterprise development strategy turns out to be anextremely important problem for the effective developing of the enterprise; it is a keyfactor that will determine the prosperity or decline of the enterprise,so to speaking,will directly influence the fate of the enterprise. Therefore,it appears even moreimportant using scientific methods to draw up and test the enterprise’s developmentstrategy. It is the prerequisite for the enterprise’s survival. This thesis uses the methodof strategic management,taking to analyze and test the scientific attribute ofChangchun Electricity Generating Equipment Co.,Ltd.’s Development Strategy,onthe base of which,tries to set up a strategic management mechanism in this enterprise.The thesis can be divided into five chapters. Chapter One is the introduction part.Chapter Two is the theoretical. Chapter Three is dedicated to the analysis of theinterior and external environment for the development strategy of the company.Chapter Four is the strategic design part of the development of the enterprises.Chapter Five is the approach of the development of strategy. The main content of eachchapter are summarized below:Chapter One introduces the background, purpose and significance of this study,and statistic research on the domestic and foreign strategic management.Chapter Two review the basic theory of strategic management.Chapter Three focus on the strategies within an outside the Department. Usingthe PEST and Five forces competitive model to analyze the external environment, andthrough the nine aspects to analyze the internal environment of the enterprise:marketing capability analysis, analysis of Financial Condition, including the internalstructure of current assets, asset-liability ratio analysis, the evaluation of the overall financial situation, management organization analysis.Chapter Four makes use of the theories of scaled economy and enterprisestrategic alliance, discussing the ways for the company to raise its productivity. Thenthe author uses theories of technological development and international technologyalliance,discussing the ways for the company to upgrade its technological level.Further more,from the angle of interrelated multi-industry and linked multi-industry,the author makes a discussion on how to adjust the company’s organizationalstructure.
