China And The Asean Regional Economic Cooperation Strategy Research

Located bewteen Indian Ocean and the Pacific,countries of Southeast Asia,as the neighbores of China, have the unique advantage on traffic and natural source.In the stream of Integration of world economy,ASEAN, which set up in 1967,became one of the most improtant partner of China in the regional economic cooperation staregy. Regional economic cooperation staregy are the all over plans and tactics for two regions in the area of economic cooperation.In 1975, China formly accepted ASEAN, from that on, the cooperation bewteen China and ASEAN develop rapidly.With deepening trade and economic cooperation in several years , the two sides finally reached the agreement which is to establish the China - ASEAN Free Trade Area , On Nov 4th, 2002,China and ASEAN signed the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Cooperation in Phnom Penh,they agreed that the China- ASEAN Free Trade Area would be finished in next ten years---it was a historical sign for China and ASEAN,and the cooperation bewteen these two regions received deeply development. Struggling for many years , China-ASEAN Free Trade Area was confirmed by the China and ASEAN's official Internet site,there are over 7000 products became zero tariffs. Follow the deeper cooperation between China and ASEAN, China-ASEAN regional economic cooperation moved to a new historical stage. So the prospection of China and ASEAN's cooperation has to renew and re- analyze for the new adjustion. If we can make the strategies for the cooperation of China-ASEAN more regional, targeted,the strategies could more efficient in dealing with the problems during cooperation.then ,the stablization of China and ASEAN can be improved ,and economy of China and ASEAN could be better than before.Following the traditional steps of research of the economic theory and strategy, firstly, to accurately grasp the development trend of regional economic cooperation, essay figured out the theory of regional economic cooperation;secondly, the essay analyzed the problem and strategic situation of cooperation of China-ASEAN, and according to the theory of regional economic cooperation, the essay selected factors which affect economic cooperation and used cointegration method to analyze and predicted the situation of stratgies of China- ASEAN's economic cooperation.In this analysis, the essay used the smooth sequence of test results to decrease the possibility of inconsistent with the facts,and then, used the granger cause to test the result of analysis,fianlly the essay used fatoranalysis(include energy actor) to analyze China-ASEAN's cooperation in microcosmic angle.To divide China and the counties of ASEAN by economic strenghth in Macro-view , the essay used the cluster analysis, according to the result of cluster analysis, the essay advance the strategic plan ,which suitable for the new situation, for China and ASEAN's economic cooperation, and , found out the implementation of protection for this strategic plan.
