FE (Family Enterprise) is a worldwide phenomenon, but in China it's more obvious. With the development of the FE, The impacts of FE becoming heavier than ever before, all parts of the society pay more and more attention to it. FE in our country develops and grows with the Reform and Opening up , It bears about only 30 years , however , most owners of FE are about 50 to 60 years old , they have to make the choice of when to retie , if they won't witness the bankrupt of the FE. At the same time, the power and wealth, which regarded as the symbol the whole family, should also be passed down. Du to the characteristic of the time, the influence of Chinese traditional culture, and personal characteristics of the owners,Transfer of FE in China is very difficult, and FE in this time is more friability than anytime in history.Although the impact of FE in our country is very heavy, it is still a new thing to us. Studies on them are just on its way. Among all the problems, transfer of FE is one of the most important, for that, it will lead FE to the future of death, alive or more prosperity.From the characteristics of FE, characteristic of the time, and all the problems that FE faces, author come up the ideal of"the way of the succession taking-part-in second venture"to solve the problem package. After analyzing the difficult and importance of Chinese-style FE, and with the hope of do something to the study Chinese FE, author managed to develop a DFE model.
