Lack ofenterprise culture has become an important factor which inflenced the development of SMEs,and also has become an outstanding problems of SMEs to be solved urgently. To the majorityof present SMEs, the enterprise culture construction still remains in the rough-outlined,shallow stage, the understanding of the concept of enterprise culture and the characteristics,also the significance is still relatively obscure. Therefore, It has important practicalsignificance to study the basic theory of enterprise culture and SMEs culture, to analyzeproblems in the construction process of SMEs culture, to discuss and explore the principles ofcultural construction, the general steps and the main measures need to be taken in depth.Firstly, the background and significance of the topics was analyzed, the definition ofenterprise culture, features, functions and the definition of SMEs was also extracted andsummarized.
