| With the development of the national economy, gas stations gradually go into the people's attention, especially in the past 20 years, the development of gas stations has reached an alarming rate, but its business strategy research has just started, this article will analyse the business strategy of stations in Gansu Province of and in line with the situation at home and abroad,we will make a comprehensive analysis.This paper is divided into six parts, the first part briefly discusses the background and the significance of the topic issues, and specific description of the company's distinct business strategies theories. The second part explains the macro analysis of the major gas stations operating status from the point of view of local and international, socio-economic situation and the market situation of gas stations in Gansu Province, describeds the real current situation of oil gas station business.
