Since the arrival of the twenty-first century, China's logistics industry has achieved sustained rapid growth, the modern logistics industry becoming an important support of China's sustained economic development. With the development of logistics industry in China, Wuhan ZJ Logistics Limited Liability Company has made considerable progress from its foundation to the development period. However, with changes in external and internal environment, this cooperation is facing new opportunities and challenges. Therefore, how to formulate scientific development strategies, to maintain its sustained and healthy development, must be the pressing key issue for Wuhan ZJ Logistics Co., Ltd.Firstly, PEST analysis and Porter's five forces model are employed to analyze the external environment of Wuhan ZJ Logistics Co., Ltd., conducting a comprehensive analysis of the external environment with elements valuation matrix. Then, the company's internal resources, operational capabilities are illuminated and analyzed, and using the Delphi method and AHP method to carry out an analysis of company's comprehensive ability. Based on previous analysis, SWOT analysis is used to match the company's strategic choices and determinate the company's overall strategy. This article concludes with putting forwards several proposals to implement this strategy.The article argues that Wuhan ZJ Logistics Co., Ltd. should adopt the reversed strategy (WO), taking advantage of external opportunities to make up its internal weaknesses. Companies should actively employ external opportunities. In one hand, the company should establish strategic cooperative partnership with clients for vertical alliances to enhance their competitiveness. On the other hand, horizontal alliances should also be taken, forming an alliance with other small and medium sized logistics companies which have different activities and functions , to greater its capacity and shorten response time , helping itself to face the challenges of competition. To achieve the above strategy, the company should adopt a series of measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy such as adjusting the organizational structure, optimizing the marketing mix elements, nurturing the company's core competitiveness, and combined with the implementation of strategic alliances .
