China has gradually become a global manufacturing centre with the rapid growth of the national economy and the world in-depth development of economic globalization. So, it is creating a huge demand for logistics. China's logistics industry faces an unprecedented good opportunity for development. China's logistics industry has many problems like low level as a whole; lack of high-quality personnel, inadequate network and poor operators, the core competitiveness is not obvious etc. All this seriously constrained China's healthy development of the logistics industry; especially in the logistics giant transnational have layout, landing of China's situation. If China's logistics industry can not be quickly and effectively solve these problems, it can not compete with the transnational logistics giant enter China's market effectively, and more sustainable and healthy development.This article is for the above issues, to study for the Sichuan East Logistics Co.,Ltd. Through the company within the external environment advantages and disadvantages, the core competitiveness, enterprise development strategies on the basis of in-depth analysis, in order to enhance the company's overall operating capacity, give full play to their own competitive edge, to emphasize the core competitiveness, company organizational structure design by the application of advanced flat organizational structure of the principle and the enterprise-oriented development strategy. For the main content is:1. A detailed analysis of the current international and domestic economic development in the context of the needs of the logistics industry; Special focus on key sectors of the domestic and Sichuan in the logistics needs and development trends; At present the domestic logistics industry in the competitive environment; Analysis of our important competitors in Sichuan area.2.
