Study On The Supplier Evaluation Based On Extension Analytic Hierarchy Process And Grey Relational Analysis

At the age of globalization, the market demand is diversification and personalized, the life cycle of the products shortened, the competition between enterprises is replaced by the competition of supply chain. Supplier is important in supply chain, and the choice of supplier is also important in the enterprise, so choose the best supplier as cooperative partner by supplier evaluation is the key to increase the quality of the products, decrease the procurement cost and raise the customer satisfaction which is the element to enhance the competitiveness of enterprise. A perfect supplier evaluation criteria system and scientific supplier evaluation method is essential in supplier evaluation.At the present time, the research about supplier evaluation is numerous in the educational world, but single-level evaluation criteria and the single evaluation method is not comprehensive because of the different research perspectives. So the paper have the summary about the design method and design focus of evaluation criteria system by literature review. After that the paper quest the Extension Analytic Hierarchy Process and Grey Relational Analysis, make use of the advantage of them, and then structure the integrated supplier evaluation model. The supplier evaluation model calculate the index weight and grey relational grade between the present index weight and the ideal index weight, overcome the one-sidedness which is brought by single supplier evaluation method and response the situation of supplier evaluation synthetically.The paper use HP hotel which is 4-star hotel as research sample, analyze its situation of supplier evaluation and find out that its supplier evaluation has the shortage like the irrationality of the evaluation index and the sack of scientific evaluation method. Therefor the paper design supplier evaluation criteria system combined with the standard of cotton products of 4-star hotel and the situation of HP hotel, and then optimize the supplier evaluation method by structuring evaluation model which is based on the Extension Analytic Hierarchy Process and Grey Relational Analysis. Finally choose the best supplier as the partners. The research of the paper is practicability by demonstration.
