Comprehensive Quality Evaluation System is one of most important technique of Quality Management, is a necessary means of the guarantee of overhaul quality and reliability of equipment, and is also widely applied in equipment overhaul industry. But regardless of civilian, military or medical equipment maintenance industry, the quality evaluation method of the research is still in its infancy. So it has great significance for improving the level of the maintenance enterprise's overhaul quality management to make systematic study and pertinently develop.In this paper, many kinds of knowledge are used. They are Engineering, Project Management, System Engineering, Fuzzy mathematics, Behavior Science, and so on. The research work of the thesis consists of these parts, studying the management of the equipment overhaul quality, presenting the quality evaluation of certain 1800t/h year maintenance by combining with actual situation. The main content of this research includes three aspects as follows. According to the requirements of the quality management and the idea of System Engineering, synthesizing the influence of the maintenance technologyIn the second chapter, a set of Quality Comprehensive Evaluation is analyzed and determined through System Engineering and quality management for the maintenance. This chapter mainly analyzes and discusses the establishing principles of the Quality Comprehensive Evaluation System. According to the requirement of the quality management and the idea of System Engineering, and synthesizing the influence of the maintenance technology and management, for example, maintenance procedure, equipment performance, completeness, maintenance performance, maintenance economy, technology management and so on, to the maintenance quality and effect, we establish equipment maintenance quality evaluation system framework, and analyze the composition of the various factors in the framework, which provides the criterion for the continued evaluation.The third chapter combines the characteristics, contents, principle, fuses the subjects and methods of AHP, Fuzzy mathematics, and so on, studies and analyzes the various evaluation methods, and then refines the various methods, synthesizes the advantages of many evaluation methods, tries to avoid their faults. Eventually, it determines the operation mode of Quality Comprehensive Evaluation System which is faced to the overhaul, which provides the mathematical basis and way for the further researching of the topics.In the fourth chapter, through the writer's participation, further analyzing the process of Bao steel's certain 1800t/h ship unloader's year maintenance, and with AHP for frame, we construct the Quality Comprehensive Evaluation which is applied in the quality comprehensive evaluation of this year maintenance, and finish the weighting analysis and consistency checking of the various evaluation factors. Then, we establish the evaluation grades by using delphi method, complete the expert evaluation analysis of the various factors, and finally obtain the comprehensive evaluation value of this year maintenance. The results of the evaluation prove that the evaluation is reasonable and scientific. The evaluation result provides some important references and improvement for the ship unloader's maintenance quality management.
