As a developing country, China is in the critical stage of industrialization and informationization. The application of automation technologies to transform traditional industries is a tedious task. Therefore, the development strategy study of China's national automation business has a very important practical significance.Zhejiang ZK is a fast-growing high-tech private enterprise with well-known brand and high market share. However, with the intense of market competition, as well as the financial crisis, Zhejiang ZK is facing a big challenge. This thesis attempts to analyze the internal and external environment, to find a suitable developing strategy for Zhejiang ZK.This thesis is mainly composed of four parts, the first part analyzes Zhejiang ZK's external environment, including political, economics, society and technology, and then detailed introduce the automation industry and the competitors. The second part researches the internal environment of Zhejiang ZK, in this part, we analysis the management, finance, production and so on of Zhejiang ZK, and accordingly get the company's strengths and weaknesses. Based on the former analysis, the third part uses the SWOT, SPACE, Grand Strategy Matrix and QSPM to set up a clear and specific strategy. Finally, the fourth part provides some detailed implementation plan about organizational structure, human resource and finance etc. The research achievement has great reference value for the domestic automation enterprises, as well as the manufacturing enterprises.
