Today’s world is change in the world, today’s China is a change in China. The power industry is the basis of the national economy and important public utilities industries, with the economic development of the increasing dependence on electricity, power industry has become increasingly important. In the late1980s has been characterized by the introduction of competition reforms in the electricity market within the context of the world, China’s electricity market environment with the changes carried out in succession from Chang Wangfen, bidding to be electric heat mechanisms such as the reform of power industry market had changed dramatically.How to survive this change of environment and sustainable development are placed in front of every important issue of corporate power.Enterprise business strategy is changing the face of intense, serious challenges of business environment, in order to obtain long-term survival and continued development of the overall nature of planning. Based on the second Baotou Thermal Power Plant a veteran business enterprises in the development of strategic power of empirical research, in the formation of a new pattern of competition in the market under the premise of the introduction of strategic management thinking, develop corporate business strategy.
