A Study On Economic Growth Effect And Policies Of Industrial Transfer In Hubei Province

Along with the transfer of industry ,capital, technology and advanced management system inflows too. It is beneficial to the economic development of the place which the industries transfer to. With the current fourth wave of international industrial transfer, the trend that industries transfer from the developed countries and China's developed eastern region to the inland is obvious. Actively undertaking the industrial transfer is important to economic development in Hubei province. For the important meaning that industrial transfer relocates to the positive economic growth, the evolution of domestic and international industry transfer path will be researched in this paper, based on the status of industries transfer in Hubei Province. We did this to provide a theoretical basis and policy support to the undertaking of industry transfer in Hubei Province, and to promote the national economy efficiently and social development. This article follows technical route of the "theory - Empirical Research - Policy Proposals". Firstly, it is about the analysis of the theory of industrial transfer and economic growth and the mechanism of how industrial transfer works on economic growth. Through the establishment of measurement model, the co-integration analysis, Granger causality test and other technology of empirical study will be used to analysis the role of industrial transfer in economic growth of Hubei Province. Then, specific policy measures will be provided, according to characteristic and Status of industrial transfer and future industrial development needs of Hubei province. Through the research, we know the undertaking of industries transfer plays an important role in economic growth of Hubei province. And Hubei province should formulate specialized industrial planning, select the right industry to undertake, establish regional coordination mechanism, optimize the environment and take other policies and measures to actively undertake domestic and international industrial transfer , to promote economic growth in Hubei Province.
