An Empirical Analysis Of The Relationship Between Undertake Industrial Transfer And The Economic Growth In Shanxi Province

Economic globalization and regional economic integration have become the trend of world economic development. Industrial transfer, as one of the important ways to achieve this goal, plays an extremely important role in promoting regional and national harmonious development of countries in economy. The ability to effectively undertake the domestic and foreign industry transfer can directly affect the region economy development prospect and benefits. At the same time, in the face of differences among various regions and countries in endowment, industrial transfer has become an efficient way to realize the regional industrial structure optimization. At present, with the fourth wave of international industrial transfer, the developed countries take their industry to developing countries is becoming more and more obvious. How to seize this opportunity and take advantage industry is currently one of the important subjects to achieve rapid economic development in Shanxi Province. This paper also uses this approach in the empirical analysis. This article makes analysis about the present situation of Shanxi Province to undertake industrial transfer, and then makes empirical research to undertake industrial transfer effect on the economic growth in Shanxi Province. At the same time, the analysis on industrial transfer and undertake industrial transfer policy, is in order to promote the rapid development of economy in Shanxi Province, which helps with providing the basic theory and policy recommendations that can be drawn lessons from in realizing the national strategy of "Rise of central China".This is the construction of the paper:On the basis of theoretical analysis, relevant data is selected, and has carried on the empirical analysis; finally it puts forward policy Suggestions. Specifically, this paper first introduces the domestic and foreign scholars who have put forward so far about the industrial transfer and the action mechanism between economic growth and the theory. Secondly, this paper by establishing the econometric model then uses co-integration analysis and a series of models for Shanxi Province to undertake industrial transfer of the actual data for empirical analysis. Finally it proved the relationship between the economic growth and the industrial transfer. Here to note that in the current stage, the research for industrial transfer is also without specific indicators to describe, the vast majority of academic research on industrial transfer chooses foreign direct investment (FDI) as an alternative indicator. The results show, the economic growth of Shanxi Province presents positive correlation between undertake industrial transfer in the long effect which promotes the economic growth in Shanxi Province. Based on the research above, Shanxi should actively undertake regional industry transfer, make adjustment of the government policy, perfect market mechanism, improve the investment environment in the province, foster industrial clusters, promote the province and in other parts of the industrial policy measures such as docking to actively undertake industrial transfer, to achieve the goal of promoting Shanxi Province’s economic growth.
