Study On The Effect Of Economic Growth To Undertake Industrial Transfer Inanhui Province

After the reform and opening up, China has always attached great importance to the transfer of industries, the eastern coastal areas relying on location advantages and national policy support to undertake international industrial transfer, to take the lead to develop, but with the shortage of high-speed economic development, Eastern coastal areas of labor shortages, land costs and other factors led to a rapid increase, industry itself also in pursuit of the transformation and upgrading of the structure, so the largescale industrial positive transfer to the central and western region. Anhui Province, adjacent to the Yangtze River by virtue of the advantages, seize the opportunity, implemented a series of promoting industry into the development of policies and measures, establish some national and regional undertake industrial transfer representative area to build industrial transfer undertake platform, formulate tax, credit policies to attract enterprises settled, strive to attract technology transfer and financial industries to bring the maximum to achieve the first in the central region of Anhui strategic task. So, which industries are the major industries in Anhui province to undertake industrial transfer? How large is each city of Anhui Province to undertake industries transfer, is there a significant difference? What is the effect of Anhui province to undertake industrial transfer on economic growth? To undertake industrial transfer demonstration zone to better promote regional economic growth? This article is to try to resolve these problems.Firstly, on the basis of a large number of relevant literature, summarization domestic and international industrial transfer theory, thorough analysis and review of the literature on the effect of industrial transfer on economic growth,provide research basis for this paper.Secondly, manufacturing is the most important industry in Anhui province to undertake industrial transfer. Therefore, from the manufacturing sub-sector perspectives and partially City to measure the scale of Anhui province to undertake industrial transfer. From the perspectives of manufacturing sub-sectors, the measure results show that before 2007 in Anhui province manufacturing industry development is slow, even there is transferred out of the industry, industrial agglomeration to the eastern coastal areas, and since 2007 in Anhui Province to undertake the large-scale industrial transfer, makes the rapid development of manufacturing, textile and garment, apparel industry, furniture manufacturing and equipment manufacturing industry is industry into an important industry, but after 2011, to undertake industrial transfer speed slowed down. From the perspectives of city subdivision, Measurement results also show that Anhui Province to undertake industrial transfer has brought rapid growth of industry. Among them, to undertake industrial transfer demonstration zone in the city’s industrial growth rate is faster and more stable, and not in the industrial transfer demonstration zone in the city also has transferred to the industry, but smaller and unstable.Then, in reference on the basis of previous studies, based on the Cobb Douglas production function model, capital input is classified as provincial capital investment and undertake industrial transfer caused by outside the province capital investment, by Quintiles panel regression method research to undertake industrial transfer effect in Anhui Province economic growth. Overall Anhui province, the results show that the industrial transfer can greatly promote economic growth in Anhui Province, Especially in areas with low level of economic development and higher level of economic development, the promotion effect of undertaking industrial transfer on regional economic growth is stronger. Anhui Province can be classified as belonging to undertake industrial transfer demonstration area and does not belong to undertake industrial demonstration area, Comparison of these two regions, the results show that the two major regions to undertake industrial transfer of economic growth has a larger, no significant difference in the promotion. But the research results also indicate that the capital investment in the province has a great effect on the economic growth in the region. Because construction undertaking industrial transfer demonstration area not only can attract domestic and international industrial transfer, but also can obtain the central and provincial government’s preferential policies and a large number of capital investment, the undertaking industrial transfer demonstration zone in the city in the province capital into the fast growth, and economic development better.Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis in this paper to contact the actual situation of Anhui Province, puts specific suggestions for Anhui Province how to make better use of the opportunity to undertake industrial transfer to speed up economic growth and promote the balanced development of regional economy.
