Dynamic Resource-based View Of Competitive Strategy Of Xing Long Properties

At present, the real estate of China has entered consolidation phase. The external environment of the enterprise is undergoing profound changes. Particularly in a dynamic environment, due to complexity of the environment, crazy competition and the unique characteristics of the industry, many real estate companies focus more on the development of enterprises and sustainable development strategy issues. Traditional resource view has been unable to solve this problem, Xinglong company should use the concept of dynamic resources theory to guide practice, to allocate internal and external resources from the dynamic point of view of matching corporate strategy development. For Xing Long Co, Ltd, how to respond to environment changes and obtain a sustainable competitive advantage to sustain a viable competitive strategy is the key to winning future business.This paper used theoretical and empirical, qualitative and quantitative research methods to analyze the real estate industry's development status as the background, based on the perspective of dynamic resources to analyzed the competitive strategy of Xing Long real estate Co, Ltd. The whole paper can be divided into several parts below.First, this paper introduced the research background, significance, research status, and the article's overall framework and research methods, then this paper introduced related theories which are the theoretical foundation of the whole study.Secondly, this paper deeply analyzed the external macro-environment and internal conditions of the enterprise from the perspective of dynamic resource concept. Based on this, we discussed the matching characters of the internal and external environment, which laid the research background.Thirdly, according to the strategic content of dynamic resource concept, we combined with TOWS analysis and scenario analysis to determine Xing Long's strategic domain and the future will possibly appear scenarios. Based on this, we put forward with competitive strategy and its implementation plan, which is the core of this paper.Finally, to change the strategic plan into specific actions, this paper proposed security strategy and related measures of the strategy with TOWS analysis.
