Finance Leases In The Operation Of Assets Of State-owned Enterprises In China And Development Of Spatial Analysis

In 2007,the China Banking Regulatory Commission had promulgated"The measures for the administration of financial leasing companies",allowed the bank carry on the fianancial leasing business.At the end of the year,as the State Council approved the establishment of the first batch of pilot units of the Banking financial leasing companies, ICBC leasing,CCB Financial leasing Corporation Limited and Bank of Communications Finance Leasing Corparation entered the financial business successly with a huge registered capital.Followed be early 2008, Minsheng fiancial leasing corporation ,CMB Financial Leasing Corporation and CDB Leasing had also been established. In March 2010, Agricultral Bank of China, China Everbright Bank, Industrial Bank had also been approved to establish companies of financial leasing. In three years, the banking financial leasing companies step up their business activities in aircraft, ships,aerospace and other fields. After financial leasing had been introduced in China for 30 years,financial leasing seem to glow the energy again.Domestic scholars'study usually focus on three aspects:the basic theory ,the development stage of China's financial leasing and the reason why China's financial leasing is not so developped.Now more and more people are very optimistic about the prospect of financial leasing, and financial leasing also showed that it is very important to the development of enterprises. This paper focused on financial leasing concern the impact of SOE reform in China. After some reform on property, the state-owned enterprise begin to develop in deepth.the paper concerns the changes of state-owned enterprise'operating philosophy with the use of financial leasing.This paper is divided into four parts: The first part introduces the basic concepts of finance leases and the related basic theory; the second part focuses on finance leases in the developed countries and the development of our country; the third section focuses on financial leasing played a important role in the changing operation idea of state-owned enterprises; fourth part imtroduced the use and development of financial leasing in the main state-owned enterprises by data; last part of the paper stated the problems during the development process of financial leasing, combined with suggestions that state-owned enterprises use financial leasing.
