Study On The Supervision Of State-owned Assets Of Xuzhou Enterprises

State owned assets are owned by the state,that is,owned by the whole people.The state-owned assets of enterprises are an important part of state-owned assets.To manage the state-owned assets of enterprises well and improve the supervision system of state-owned assets is an important guarantee for the reform and development of state-owned enterprises and the continuous strengthening and expansion of state-owned capital.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,with the deepening of the new round of reform of state-owned enterprises,at the local level,it is an important work and research topic how to improve and innovate the supervision system of state-owned capital,promote the state-owned capital to be stronger,better and bigger,and then promote the local economic development.Based on the theories of property rights,principal-agent and government market regulation,this paper systematically expounds the history and current situation of the reform and development of the state-owned assets supervision system of Xuzhou state-owned enterprises,and deeply analyzes the problems existing in the current supervision system,that is,the supervision system and mechanism are not perfect enough,the asset profitability and operation ability are partial Low,unreasonable layout,imperfect corporate governance structure,imperfect market-oriented operation mechanism and so on.Based on the summary of advanced experience at home and abroad,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,that is,by accurately grasping the functional positioning,clarifying the division of responsibilities,optimizing the supervision mode,carrying out in-depth authorized operation,speeding up the supervision of state-owned assets mainly by managing capital We should be able to change and further optimize the layout structure,improve the modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics,and establish a market-oriented management mechanism.
