With the continuous advance of the reform and opening up and socialismmodernization deepening, Chinese financial industry has made significantachievements,the financial system has now become the core of our economy,thereal economy can not live without the support of the financial sector.However,Chinese state-owned financial asset management system has manyproblems, especially including the problems of state-owned financial assetinvestors: investor representative of financial assets the lack of clarity,laws andregulations related to the state-owned financial asset investors is still in the blank,the relevant government regulatory authorities performing duties of publicadministration and state-owned financial asset investor at the same time,and so on.Therefore,the existing state-owned financial asset investors mode for reform,establish a new funding mode in line with Chinese actual situation who ownedfinancial assets is imminent.Firstly, the background and significance of the research of Chinese state-ownedfinancial asset management analyzed from different stages of development in thesetwo areas of state-owned financial assets and management of the previoustheoretical overview summarizes and presents the basic ideas and research methods;secondly introduces the concept of state-owned financial assets and financial assetinvestors, analyzes the status of Chinese state-owned financial asset investors, andpropose the problems of state-owned financial assets on behalf of institutionalinvestors; thirdly, using the method of comparative study to introduce foreignstate-owned financial asset investors mode which is divided into two-level mode and three-level mode; then made the selection principle of state-owned financialasset investors modes, and gives two alternative reform program:Treasury mode andfinancial SASAC mode; finally, a summary of the full text and concluded.
