Study On Credit Risk Of Export On Business Credit Basis

As the integration of world economy developed, we are on a buyer's market. The macro-economic situation makes the situation of importer and exporter more nervous. When business credit has become the mainstream settlement basis of international trade, we should focus on how to control import credit risk to keep us competitive.In this paper, we take macro-economic cycle fluctuations as the background; business based settlement as the research object; jurisprudence, economics, finance for the theoretical basis; with the case survey of China's export credit risk management, sum up problems, and specify the measures, in order to provide advice.The whole text can be divided into four chapters, the first chapter is an introduction, giving a briefing about research background, and explain the relevant concepts and framework of the research literature review, pointing out innovation and shortcomings. ChapterⅡis a theoretical presentation from the view of jurisprudence, economics and the theory of financial risk. Chapter III is about China's export credit risk on business basis, in combination with a questionnaire survey and case studies, summed up China's export credit risk management problems. The fourth chapter focuses on how to solve problems, give proposals on export credit risk management. Finally, a conclusion was presented, on the summary of the goals of this research and looking forward to the future development trend of the research object.
