Qingyang The Sachet Industrialization Project Organization And Management

The cultural industry development level has become a key mark to measure the country's economic development level. Chinese rich ethical cultural heritage and traditional cultural resource is the comparative advantage of its cultural industry. Qing Yang sachet is an important part of Chinese folk culture. Being a totally new economic phenomenon in the process of agriculture industrialization, the industrialization of Qing yang sachet has a big influence on the improvement of the farmer's income and favor to solve the issue of surplus countryside labors.Through empirical analysis of Qing Yang sachet industrialization, this paper puts forward a project organizing management mode formed by five degrees of city, county, village, farmer household ones from the perspective of project organizing and management, and it also suggests four project management structures from the angle of implementing primary level project organizing and also analyses it based on project organizing environment, it is expected to give some suggestions to the fork cultural industrialized project organizing construction.There are three parts in this paper as following:Part one, introduction, this part states the background, purpose and meaning and current researching conditions both home and abroad and also defines the researching scope and the relevant researching way of thinking and methods.Part two, it states the concept of cultural industry and its self-characteristics and the development history, practical experiences and existed problems.Part three, firstly it defines the concept of Qingyang sachet industrialization. Then it points out the base for the project defining and specifies the relevant individuals of each project. It probes and researches the project organizational management of Qingyang sachet industrialization. After it, it analyses the practical application of different types of project organizational management and probes on the seven different organizational executive modes. It both analyses and summarizes the executive mechanism and analyses the project organizational group construction and role of project manager. Finally, it states the issue of project staff training.Conclusion and propose :It puts forward some innovative suggestions to scalization, industrialization of the industrialization of Qingyang sachet from the perspective of project organization, and suggests some technological support to accelerate the development of local folk culture. It is suggested to refer this research conclusion to further develop and research to help the industry of Qingyang sachet becoming both an industry and a project richening the people.
