| With the development of economy and technology, the competition in the communications industry becomes more and more red-hot, the R&D department of communications operator has to face more and more pressure. How to strenthen the interior management, how to elevate the capacity of organization, become a problem before the the R&D department of communications operator. Upon this situation, I discuss the combination of the PM(project management) and the KM(knowledge management) with the example of the academy of China Mobile Communications. At the beginning of the paper, I first introduce the characteristics of che academy, and the PM model and the KM model. Then I introduce the basic theory of the PM and KM, including the latest development of those. On the base of this, I bring forward the division of macro-flow and micro-flow in KM. In the section three, this chapter, I prove the PM is the unique choice of the academy, then prove the importance of the KM to the academy, so the PM and KM must be combined, which is very important. In the chapter four, the paper explores the possibility of the combination of PM and KM, then presents the new flow of work, and the corresponding innovation of organization structure, motivation, and enterprise culture.In short, the conclusion of this paper is: to improve the level of nterior management, to elevate the operating efficiency, the academy of communications operator must combine the PM and KM; at the same time, the combination of the two management models is impossible and operatable. |
