The lack of initial research, and the design of venues themselves are directly applied to Western architectural forms, that has Caused a serious waste of resources and unhealthy competition between cities.Shanghai is in a strategic location which is in the center of China's coastline and the estuary of Yangtze River to the sea, and the hinterland of the Yangtze River Delta cotton industry base. Because of the advantage, enable shanghai the rapid rise and even transcend the other coastal cities. However, in the national policy, Shanghai has experienced the process of on open - stop - forced to open - and then limit - and then opening up, shanghai is growing up at the same time under the state control, the Western economic and cultural impact and its inherent aspiration on open. Shanghai's modern development of exhibition industry is determined by its economic and social development, and in the mean time has also created a unique development characteristics and faced a number of problems.
