China has come into the historic period of the economic makeup adjusting,the problem of employment become serious little by little,While the past employment mode of depending on the formal sector obviously don't fit for the basic instance of having so many people and so many country people and such low a skill.Which decides that our country employment mode must turn to the informal way.Informal sector employment is not only the necessary way to solve the serious problem of out of work,but also fit for the trend of the employment mode that people choose.This article begin with the fact of china, introduced the informal sector employment from the theory aspect and the demonstration aspect,and used a lot of data when making demonstration,while the data in existence can't sustain our analysis,to abtain the data that can be used,we made some adjustment to the past data.The first chapter based on the fact of informal employment developing,expatiate the development of it,and then introduced the concept of it.The second chapter introduced two methods to calculate the informal sector employment in the direct and indirect ways.The third chapter demonstrate the informal sector employment from the aspect of China and province Liaoning,which include the actuality and the development of the informal sector employment,then the revelation of it.The forth chapter expatiated the problems exists in the Chinese informal sector employment,and then bring forward the measures to settle them,so that to promote the informal sector employment to develop quickly and healthily.
