This article begins with the evidences that the employee at present is "changing job" frequently and concludes that the employee's turnover will bring many adverse effects to the enterprise's current management and the future development. After that the article showes factors that lead to the employees turnover, therefore finds out the close relationship between the enterprise wages growth and the employee turnover. This research has builded a reasonable microscopic foundation. Further analysis of job turnover will be carried on the proof of the detailed data and the graph. As result, put forward a resolution to the job turnover from the aspect of wages growth. The wages growth and the employee turnover model provided the very good strategy to resolve the problem, and the number principle model will prove its reliability.This article can be divided into six chapters:In the first chapter, proposes the questions, elaborats topic theory significance and the practical significance. By researching and summaring the domestic and foreign literature, finds this article's writing direction. Some researcher did not have showed initiate microscopic foundation which lead to the employee's job turnover ;They did not find that the wages play the vital role to the employee turnover behavior; And did not make the detailed discussion about wages and the employee's turnover. This article will put the two factors together and find out their connection.The following is the theory's summary, firstly explains the concept of employee turnover and the related theory about employee turnover, including human capital theory and work search theory. These two theories pass through the full article, also is behind the wages growth model.
