Based on the reviewing researches of compensation change, the paper focuses on discussing the strategy-oriented problem of enterprise compensation change and how to build a system of strategy-oriented compensation change plan, when there is a discontinuously organization change. Based on the reviewing researches, this paper sums up the four problems faced the compensation management in organization change. In order to solve the four problems, the paper makes some system theory researches and applied inquires about compensation change. The paper points out that the compensation change isa system change, and points out the change aims and policies through the basedc compensation model. Through the conformity of the former research fruits, the paperadvances a compensation conformity plan of four sides managed and six roads balanced, this model expresses the mind of strategy conformity. The paper advances a compensation change plan in detail through the strategy-oriented mind of compensation conformity model. The paper also makes some researches about the compensation change process, and points out that the compensation change process must match the rule of organization change. At last, the paper makes a case analysis on putting strategy-oriented compensation change plan into concretely exertion at enterprises. This paper points out that the strategy-oriented compensation conformity is a good medicine of solving the problem of the compensation change in at some enterprises.
